This is a product from the manufacturing company "VYMPEL", not much is known about this company other than that is was formed in what seems to be 2008. So we're placing this products age at somewhere around that. Back when Korean Woodland was popular to make for 3 letter agencies.
Roughly the same size as a Smersh Buttpack, and has a similar attachment mechanism. This is also in that almost golden Avizent colour for the straps so looks slightly older than it actually is.
