Q: Do you drop-ship items?

A: No, the only items we sell/make available for pre-order are physically in either the UK or our international storage place.

Q: Why do you offer Pre-Orders then?

A: Shipping from our international location to you through individual items is unavailable to most countries, hence we send it to the UK first and then to you. Not to mention even shipping items in bulk costs us minimum £10 per 1KG of weight.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes we offer shipping worldwide. If for some reason your country's postage isn't coming up, contact us.

Q: Where do you ship your items from?

A: All of our items are shipped from the United Kingdom. This helps our European and American customers receive their ordered items within 5-7 Days with the help of Royal Mail's International Delivery.

Q3: How does Pre-Ordering items work?

A: We have a large stockroom that is not inside of the UK, Pre-Orders help us and you actually receive the items you want faster. This is how it works:

1. You place a 10% Deposit on the item you want through our Pre-Order System.

2. We then receive that and place the item/s you ordered in the next available package to the UK (Within 7 days). That item then is sent in a bulk package with other items and Pre-Orders and arrives in the UK 3-4 Weeks later.

3. You pay the remaining amount for your item/s and it is then shipped to you from the UK.
