Q1: Do you ship internationally?

A1: Yes we offer shipping worldwide.

Q2: Where do you ship your items from?

A2: All of our items are shipped from the United Kingdom. This helps our European and American customers receive their ordered items within 5-7 Days with the help of Royal Mail's International Delivery.

Q3: How does Pre-Ordering items work?

A3: We have a large stockroom that is not inside of the UK, Pre-Orders help us and you actually receive the items you want faster. This is how it works:

1. You place a 10% Deposit on the item you want through our Pre-Order System.

2. We then receive that and place the item/s you ordered in the next available package to the UK (Within 7 days). That item then is sent in a bulk package with other items and Pre-Orders and arrives in the UK 3-4 Weeks later.

3. You pay the remaining amount for your item/s and it is then shipped to you from the UK.
