This is a more western styled IFAK Design that is known as the APPI-7, In Russian "Aptechka Pervoi Pomoshi Induvidualnoi Variant 7" or in English "Individual First Aid Kit Variant 7". Has tons of room and a great fast opening system that just requires you to pull up then rapidly down on the IFAK. A great modern design in comparison to having to mess around with zips.
