These were created by the company known as "SOLO" which currently produce some really popular smocks.
Originally produced under trials in the Middle East alongside the MK4 Ospreys in Desert DPM to be used before the official full rollout of MTP MK4 Ospreys, later seen and given to interpreters. Used condition and may have some writing for ZAP Numbers and blood groups on it.
