Originally designed for the British L129A1 (LMT 7.62x51) "Sharpshooter".
Fits 2x 308./7.62x51 Magazines. will also fit 2x 5.56 and 7.62x39/5.45 Magazines, made from Cordura 1000d for the British Army Osprey Platform. Difference to the SA80 Double Magazine Pouch is that this "Sharpshooter" one is much wider to accommodate for the 308./7.62x51mm
