A staple of the British Army for half a decade, from the years 2010 until 2015. Mainly earning it's name in Operation Herrick, The British designation for the Conflict in Afghanistan.
This is the Osprey MK4 in MTP (Multi-Terrain-Pattern) Body Armour. It exists in 4 different patterns, MTP, Desert DPM, Tan and Blue for journalists and civilians.
Made from 1000d Cordura, it has also been seen in several of the recent conflicts around Ukraine and in FSB shooting competitions. They do not take SAPI Plates and rather a specifically made plate for use only within the British Armed Forces. However an easy bypass is the "Pool Noodle Trick" Where you cut the bottom of a pool noodle open, stick a SAPI plate in there, and then put it into the body armour where it holds it up good with minimal movement.
Limited Sizing but is pretty versatile when it does come to sizing (it either fits or it doesn't). Also limited numbers at this price. May come with signs of use as they are from old UK Surplus.
Sizing is HEIGHT SIZE IN CM/CHEST SIZE IN CM. For example 180/104 is 180cm Height and 104cm Chest size. However as stated the sizing can go 1-2 sizes up or down without an issue.
