24/11/2025 Recent Video, Customs issues and Black Friday

Wow what a reaction from the latest video we had, it really encourages us to do more videos from such a positive feedback.

The not so great news first,  before the good news so that the good news feels better; the delay in some pre-orders comes because of 2 factors.

1. Package 1/4 that was already in the UK waiting on customs clearance through UK customs had lost its paperwork through transit and was returned. Time lost yes but the package is in tact and being sent through a more expensive EMS service back to the UK and pray it doesn’t lose its paperwork again. First time its happened for us but things happen we understand and hopefully you’ll have the patience to just wait out a little longer.
2. Package 4/4 is being held in international customs, unfortunately we can’t give you a time frame on the release of it, we’ve provided all the relevant paperwork for it and every day are waiting for news on it. Once we have a solid response of what’s happening to it we will take the appropriate actions of either continuing the shipment or refunding the pre-orders that are affected. 

Now the good news, In exchange for such a good response to the video we’re going to have to put on the best prices we’ve ever had for you lot on Black Friday. We can’t reveal too much but it will run from 21:00 GMT 27/11/2025 until 09:00 GMT 29/11/2025 so that everyone, irrespective of time zones will have a chance to enjoy the discounts we will put on.
