Long time no update but believe us when we say we’re cooking. Cooking up deals with certain suppliers outside of our network, cooking up logistical networks to avoid this issue in the future and have a steady supply of interesting items for you.

Basically just let us cook. 2025 was an insane starting year for us, once the logistical problems are sorted at the start of next year, you won’t believe what we have stored up ready to go for you since we haven’t been able to send a lot of stuff in the recent months, only drips and drabs here and there, what we’ve been doing is just stockpiling. (We are aware the current stock is pretty barebones don’t worry).

In regards to the 2 parcels, one seized, one returned due to Parcelforce transit ripping off customs paperwork on it. This is what’s going to happen:

Returned Parcel Pre-Orders:

Since we have it on hand at the end of the month we are noting down everything coming inside it and informing those Pre-Orders that have been made about the delivery of it. Expecting it mid-late January  without question.

Seized parcel Pre-Orders:

Only the lord may know what international shenanigans are going in that customs, we’ve provided them every part of information they have asked for regarding this and we have had no reply and no updates for the latter part of a month and a half now. Once the returned Parcel Pre-Orders have been confirmed of what is being sent. Those with outstanding pre-orders will be notified and sent a Refund for their Pre-Order. Your name and order number will then be noted down for the future in case it is returned, and only if it is returned we will let you know and you will have first call on the set item you Pre-Ordered.

Hope that gives everyone some transparency on what is going to happen in the next month. If you straight up want a cancellation and full refund for your pre-order now, just let us know and we can fulfil that for you no questions asked. Because straight up, customs do what they like and there’s nothing we can do about it.

But anyway we all hope you have a Great Christmas, New Year and Holidays. 2025 has been a mad one and we hope to start 2026 with a bang.
