08/09/2025 Parcelforce/Royal Mail Merger issues, New Promotion News.

So, 2/3 Parcels have been received, with one still waiting in the depot. We've had some major issues with Parcelforce recently due to their merger with Royal Mail. They've cut the workforce of both Royal Mail and Parcelforce both in half so now to even get help from their phone line its a 1-2 Hour wait in the phone queue, you can understand how frustrating it is for us having to spend that long a day on a helpline to then be told "Oh yeah the parcel is going out tomorrow" Protip: It hasn't been. It's been like getting Blood out of a stone. It doesn't seem to be affecting our customers Parcels, but it affects us and being able to get hold of our stock. But they are the only ones providing the service so it's out of ours hands.

Anyway onto the better news, the new promotion will be hitting around Wednesday/Thursday and will last a week with discounts on a lot of our stock and one special stock item that you'll have to wait and see, so definitely keep an eye out around then we are going to have some world beating prices on some things we can assure you that!
